70 ledge the receipt of your letter No.4508 of the ath instant relative to Indian agitators in Manila and to transmit to you herewith copy of a despatch to His Majesty's Acting Consul General in Mani la.

Sir E. Grey would be glad if the Secretary of

State for the Colonies would instruct the Governor

of Hongkong to keep Mr. Harrington informed of any further correspondence with United States Officials

in Manila or Hong Kong on this question.
